All new counseling and coaching clients must have an initial/intake session.
After a free 30-minute virtual consultation, the first counseling session is an intake session. In an intake session, extensive time is spent listening to the client share their story, completing assessments, and discussing the client’s goals. Initial/intake sessions are typically 75 to 90 minutes.
